2005-11-02 - Life Glow
I just happened to be in a good spot for this sunset and also had my camera with me (not that it is ever too far away!). No filters or Photoshop colour modifications were applied to this scene. The only thing I did was set the exposure to 1/3 of a stop under the meter reading, to give a bit of extra punch.
My favourite aspect of this photograph is that it reminds me of Africa and all the good memories I had there (mostly in Zimbabwe). It is now such a troubled place, I don't know when I'll be able to go back but I hope it won't be too long...
