2006-04-24 - Falls Creek
Leaving Milford Sound, we headed for Queenstown. We weren't in a great hurry so that left time for a number of stops, including this one at Falls Creek.
I wasn't going to post this photo initially but I decided I might as well since it was the last decent waterfall we saw on the trip. That, and the fact that I had to risk getting run over to take this shot - there is a one lane bridge and very little room to stand on the edges, making it interesting when convoys of tour buses come whizzing past...
