The weekend's activities, which included a 21st birthday party, a game of hockey and over 20km of mountain biking, have taken their toll on me so I'm posting the first reasonable shot I could find. This is nothing more than a snapshot really - I took it quickly to demonstrate to a fellow photographer how easy it is to use bounce flash.
