2006-11-04 - With Thunder Comes Rain
About this time last year I posted a few photos of the annual Bundy Thunder power boat racing. A year on and I find myself as the official photographer for the event! Starting last night with a pre-race party of almost 800 people, I've been busy taking photos of all the proceedings. So far it has been an interesting challenge - first of all I had to deal with trying to light the dark, cavernous hall the party was held in. Then today, as the photo shows, I had dark clouds and rain to contend with. It's all good fun though and I'm hoping tomorrow will be even better...
