Hybrid Vision: Photo Log by Stephen Cameron

One of the great things about less mainstream music festivals like Island Vibe is that you never quite know what to expect. During the closing ceremony of the 2011 festival, they announced that an 8 year old boy and his father were going to play a song. I wasn't expecting too much but I was quickly blown away by his talent and amazing voice at such a young age. The funny thing was that he appeared really shy and didn't even want to hold the microphone while singing but still put on a great performance in front of the large and enthusiastic crowd. I was equipped with with a video camera (Nikon D7000) so I captured a small clip of him performing. Look out for this kid in the future!
